We are seeking a creative and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and manage the marketing activities of our institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, promoting institute initiatives, managing campaigns, and strengthening the institute’s public image and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies
- Manage digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns
- Create marketing content, advertisements, and awareness materials
- Coordinate marketing activities and public outreach initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
- Build relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders
- Support event promotions and institutional campaigns
- Identify opportunities to increase visibility and engagement
- Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related field
- Proven experience in marketing, branding, or communications
- Strong communication and creative skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to manage campaigns and multiple projects effectively
- Good analytical and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in institute, NGO, or corporate marketing
- Knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools is a plus
