A high-growth, mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking a
Patient Acquisition & Performance Manager
to lead performance marketing strategy, attribution, and revenue optimization across digital channels.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and business operations—owning how marketing investment translates into qualified patient acquisition, conversion performance, and measurable revenue outcomes.
Position Overview
This is a highly analytical, strategic role responsible for driving growth across paid and digital acquisition channels while optimizing the full patient journey—from initial engagement through conversion and revenue impact.
You will act as a key business partner, identifying growth opportunities, improving funnel efficiency, and translating data into actionable insights that drive performance and scale.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Acquisition

Lead multi-channel acquisition strategy across paid media (search, social, video, and programmatic)

Own performance KPIs including cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on ad spend

Optimize campaign performance based on lead quality and downstream revenue impact
Attribution & Analytics

Develop and refine attribution models connecting media spend to patient acquisition and revenue

Analyze full-funnel performance including lead flow, conversion rates, and revenue contribution

Leverage CRM and analytics platforms to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
Funnel & Conversion Optimization

Identify and remove friction points across the acquisition and conversion funnel

Partner cross-functionally to improve landing page performance and conversion rates

Lead testing strategies across messaging, targeting, and user experience
Agency & Partner Management

Oversee external agency relationships and hold partners accountable to performance metrics

Guide media investment strategy, testing initiatives, and optimization efforts

Ensure alignment across marketing strategy, execution, and business outcomes
Reporting & Insights

Deliver executive-level reporting on acquisition performance, conversion metrics, and ROI

Translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations

Provide ongoing guidance on budget allocation and growth strategies
Qualifications

6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital analytics
-
Strong experience with paid media, attribution modeling, and full-funnel performance analysis
-
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), GA4, and marketing analytics tools
-
Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization, funnel analytics, and lead quality
-
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or other consultative / high-consideration environments preferred

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business impact
