Marketing Manager

Location: College Road, Township, Lahore (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT | US Time Zone)

About WADIC

WADIC is seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our marketing operations. This role is responsible for strengthening brand visibility, driving lead generation, and supporting long-term business growth through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, paid advertising, brand management, and marketing automation, preferably within the technology, software development, or web development industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and oversee branding, digital marketing, content development, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and prepare reports to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Drive SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings, website traffic, and online visibility.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
  • Enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates through data-driven optimization.
  • Utilize analytics, heatmaps, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to improve lead generation.

Content & Social Media Marketing

  • Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and social media assets.
  • Develop and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Monitor industry trends and social media insights to maximize audience engagement and brand awareness.

Email Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Build and maintain automated marketing workflows using modern marketing automation platforms.
  • Continuously optimize lead generation funnels through A/B testing, performance tracking, and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to generate and qualify high-quality B2B leads.

Brand Management & Public Relations

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all online and offline marketing channels.
  • Support public relations initiatives, media outreach, and corporate communications.
  • Identify partnership, sponsorship, and co-marketing opportunities to expand brand reach.
  • Organize webinars, virtual events, and industry-focused sessions to strengthen thought leadership.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Implement and manage marketing automation systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Utilize CRM platforms to track, manage, and nurture prospects throughout the customer journey.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools, chatbots, and automation solutions to enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a technology, software, or web development company.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, social media strategy, and marketing automation.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with web development concepts and digital technologies will be considered an advantage.
