Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager develops and delivers effective, data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new business and strengthen existing relationships. You will lead a team to execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, leveraging both traditional and digital techniques. Market research and analytics will guide content and strategy to align with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies and optimize budgets

• Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and oversee training and development

• Create impactful brand assets and optimize website user experience

• Plan and execute digital campaigns, media partnerships, and automation

• Use analytics to improve conversions and stakeholder engagement

• Foster strong internal and external relationships to drive business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or relevant experience.

• 4+ years of commercial experience.

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skill.

• A passion and curiosity for marketing.

• A desire to be part of a fast-paced and varied business environment where flexibility is a must

• A motivated strategic thinker who appreciates the high degree of autonomy and responsibility

but works well in a team.
