We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Marketing Manager & Customer Relations Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies while ensuring excellent customer engagement and satisfaction. The role is responsible for promoting the company's products/services, strengthening brand awareness, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth through effective communication and service excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Management
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
- Coordinate branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Create and oversee marketing materials, promotional content, and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing KPIs and ROI.
- Organize events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Customer Relations Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Develop customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvement initiatives.
- Maintain customer databases and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct customer surveys and analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Team & Coordination
- Work closely with sales, operations, and management teams to achieve business goals.
- Train and guide staff on customer service standards and brand communication.
- Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and marketing performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, customer relations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
