Marketing Manager & Customer Relations ManagerJob Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Marketing Manager & Customer Relations Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies while ensuring excellent customer engagement and satisfaction. The role is responsible for promoting the company's products/services, strengthening brand awareness, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth through effective communication and service excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Management

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
  • Coordinate branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Create and oversee marketing materials, promotional content, and advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing KPIs and ROI.
  • Organize events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

Customer Relations Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Develop customer retention and loyalty programs.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct customer surveys and analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

Team & Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, operations, and management teams to achieve business goals.
  • Train and guide staff on customer service standards and brand communication.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and marketing performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in marketing, customer relations, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
