Overview
Our client, a rapidly expanding retail group in Bahrain, is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager (Arabic Speaker) to lead marketing initiatives across a portfolio of international brands.
This is a high-impact role suited for a marketing professional who thrives in a multi-brand environment and is passionate about driving brand growth, customer engagement, and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across multiple retail brands
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, including planning, execution, and performance analysis
- Drive brand positioning and ensure consistency across all online and offline channels
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, paid campaigns, and content development
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform decision-making
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and mall partners
- Support store launches, promotional events, and brand activations
- Track KPIs and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and business growth
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English (essential)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within retail or multi-brand environments
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including digital and traditional channels
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Data-driven with a creative and strategic mindset
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to GCC markets
- Experience working with international retail or lifestyle brands
- Background in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer retail sectors
