What You Will Do
-
Lead full-funnel digital strategies across
Google Ads, YouTube, Display, and Performance Max.

Manage and optimise
large-scale budgets
across Arabic and English campaigns.

Drive measurable ROI, CPL, and lead quality improvements.
-
Conduct deep
keyword, competitive, and audience analysis
for Arabic-speaking markets.
-
Create and implement
developer- and project-specific
lead-generation plans.
-
Align marketing and sales teams to ensure strong funnel efficiency.
-
Develop strong
CRO, landing page, and A/B testing
strategies to improve conversion.
-
Present insights, reports, and performance recommendations to leadership.
Who We Are Looking For
A senior, data-driven, multilingual performance marketing specialist with deep experience in the GCC.
Must-Have Skills
-
Native
Arabic
+
fluent English
-
3+ years
in performance marketing in UAE/GCC
-
Experience managing
1M+ AED monthly budgets
-
Proven track record of delivering ROAS, CPL, CPA improvements
-
Strong expertise in Google Ads, GA4, GTM, tracking
-
Audience experience: Emirati, Saudi, GCC expat
-
Background in
luxury, automotive, or real estate
is a major plus
-
European education is preferred
-
Strong analytical mindset & CRO experience
