We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in the airline and aviation industry to lead marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships in the travel and hospitality sector. This role is instrumental in driving passenger engagement, enhancing brand visibility, and building revenue-generating collaborations with airlines and travel trade partners.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the brand and its services/products.
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and media.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Product Development to align messaging and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role; managerial experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office.
