Marketing Manager – B2B Growth & Lead Generation

Full-time onsite position aligned with the US time zone (night shift)

Are you a marketer who actually drives revenue - not just impressions?

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager who can build and scale a B2B lead generation engine, optimize websites for conversions, and create content that brings real business impact.

What You will Do:

  • Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, SEO, PPC)
  • Turn our website into a high-converting sales channel
  • Develop and manage content strategy (blogs, case studies, whitepapers)
  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance using data
  • Work closely with sales to generate qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs)
  • Run A/B tests and continuously improve conversion rates

What We are Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality leads
  • Strong experience with website optimization & landing pages
  • Solid understanding of SEO, paid ads, and content marketing
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, CRM systems
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on results

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in SaaS / IT / Digital services
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools
  • Strong copywriting or content strategy skills
