We are seeking a highly skilled, data-driven Marketing Manager with deep experience in Zoho marketing automation, cold email outreach, and multi-channel digital marketing. This role requires someone who can independently strategize and execute marketing operations end-to-end.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Automation & Lead Generation
- Build and manage end-to-end marketing automation workflows in Zoho (Campaigns, CRM, Workflows, Segmentation, Lead Scoring).
- Execute cold email marketing campaigns, including list generation, segmentation, deliverability optimization, and A/B testing.
- Drive traffic and generate organic leads through multi-channel campaigns.
- Track marketing funnel metrics and prepare detailed performance reports.
Content Creation & Digital Presence
- Create strong content across formats:
- Email sequences
- Blogs
- Social media posts
- Website/landing page copy
- Whitepapers
- Manage and optimize the company website (Wix), including SEO improvements and new page creation.
- Develop brochures, flyers, sales decks, demo videos, and other collateral.
Campaign Execution & Brand Growth
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across email, website, social media, and outbound channels.
- Manage social media strategy and content calendars.
- Conduct competitor research and track industry trends.
- Support PR initiatives, events, and award submissions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align closely with Sales on messaging, lead quality, and target segments.
- Maintain strong leads management processes in Zoho CRM, including segmentation and nurture flows.
- Communicate progress, insights, and campaign performance to leadership.
Qualifications (Strict Requirements)Must-Have
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing (non-negotiable).
- Hands-on experience with Zoho (Campaigns, CRM, Automation).
- Cold email marketing experience with proven results.
- Ability to independently plan and execute end-to-end marketing automation workflows.
- Strong content creation skills across email, social, and website copy.
- Website management experience (Wix) and basic SEO knowledge.
- Experience generating, segmenting, and managing lead lists.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, B2B services, or education-related organizations.
- Portfolio showcasing campaigns, workflows, writing samples, or collateral.
- Experience with explainer videos, sales decks, demo videos, or design tools.
- Background in PR, events, or award submissions.
