About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a solid banking background to lead integrated marketing initiatives across digital and creative channels. You will manage key accounts, act as the point of coordination between banking stakeholders, creative teams, media partners , and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring campaigns are on-brand, compliant, and performance-driven.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing, creative strategy, and financial services —with a strong grasp of the Saudi market and consumer behaviour.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own relationships with banking clients and internal business units; translate business objectives into marketing roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, media, product, and compliance teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Prepare and present marketing plans, campaign performance reports, and executive updates.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (paid media, social, SEO/SEM, email, content, in-branch/OOH).
  • Lead content and creative briefs; ensure messaging aligns with brand, regulatory standards, and campaign goals.
  • Manage agencies and vendors (creative, media buying, research, PR); negotiate scopes and timelines.
  • Ensure all communications meet banking compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements in KSA.
  • Maintain brand integrity and approvals; manage risk in marketing processes.
  • Own marketing budgets and forecasts; allocate spend by channel and objective; track ROI.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 5–6 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in banking/financial services in KSA or GCC.
  • Proven experience across digital marketing, creative leadership, and account/stakeholder management.
  • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and strong command of English.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi consumer insights and banking product marketing.
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets, and performance-driven campaigns.
