We’re building a fast-growing, multi-unit QSR brand and looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager (Brand & Digital) who can own both the creative direction and performance outcomes of our marketing efforts.
This is not a coordinator role—you’ll be the person shaping how the brand shows up, grows, and converts.
What You’ll Own
- Define and execute brand strategy across multiple locations
- Lead digital marketing initiatives (paid + organic) with clear ROI focus
- Build and scale social media presence with strong content strategy
- Plan and execute campaigns—from concept to performance analysis
- Maintain and evolve brand identity across all customer touchpoints
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
- 4+ years in F&B or restaurant marketing (QSR or multi-unit strongly preferred)
- Proven track record growing a brand through digital + social channels
- Strong grasp of content strategy, engagement, and audience growth
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven decisions
- Experience owning campaigns end-to-end (strategy → execution → optimization)
- High attention to detail with strong project management discipline
- Clear communicator who can operate with minimal oversight
- Photography or videography skills (you can create, not just brief)
