JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with 4‑5 years of experience and an MBA in Marketing to drive end-to-end marketing activities. The role focuses on content creation, digital and social media marketing, basic PR support, and development of marketing collaterals while managing multiple marketing tasks simultaneously.Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to support business growth and brand awareness.Manage social media platforms, including content calendars, post creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support business growth across carbon credits, I-RECs, ESG services, and sustainability solutions.
Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social media, webinars, and industry platforms.
Align marketing activities with sales and trading teams to support lead generation and client engagement.
2. Digital & Social Media Marketing
Manage company presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Create monthly content calendars, schedule posts, track engagement, and report performance analytics.
Optimize digital campaigns for reach, visibility, and targeted industry engagement (environmental markets, climate finance, energy buyers, project developers, etc.).
3. Content Creation & Communication
Develop high-quality content including blogs, articles, press notes, case studies, newsletters, website content, and marketing collaterals.
Prepare messaging for carbon credit trading updates, market movements, policy developments, and sustainability insights.
Support team with internal and external communication requirements.
4. Branding & Collateral Development
Create and update brochures, presentations, pitch decks, fact sheets, and product-specific marketing materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and align communication with company positioning.
Work with designers/agencies for campaigns, creatives, and video content.
5. PR & Media Coordination
Support basic PR activities, including drafting press releases, event announcements, and media notes.
Liaise with industry publications, climate and energy reporters, and global sustainability forums.
Manage company representation in interviews, articles, and thought leadership opportunities.
6. Event & Partnership Support
Assist in planning and executing participation for global climate events (ex: COP, IETA events, Renewable Energy forums).
Coordinate speaker opportunities, booths, networking sessions, and marketing materials for exhibitions.
Support webinars, client events, and knowledge-sharing activities.
7. Market Research & Insights
Track developments in carbon markets, renewable energy certificates (I-RECs), climate policies, and sustainability trends.
Provide insights to support trading, project development, and corporate strategy teams.
Monitor competitor activities and market positioning.
Required Skills & Competencies
Core Skills
Strong command over content writing , storytelling, and corporate communication.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (LinkedIn analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Understanding of ESG, sustainability, renewable energy, carbon markets, and environmental commodities (preferred).
