Job Title: Marketing Manager – Coworking

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the coworking industry to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, community engagement, and lead generation for our coworking spaces across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to promote coworking spaces and increase occupancy.
• Drive digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
• Manage brand positioning, storytelling, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.
• Plan and execute events, partnerships, and community initiatives to enhance brand visibility and member engagement.
• Oversee website content, SEO, and social media management to maintain a strong digital presence.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to measure ROI and optimize marketing spend.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, aggregators, external agencies, media partners, and influencers for promotional and lead generation activities.
• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Stay updated on coworking trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–8 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the coworking or real estate industry.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand management.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Creative thinker with a deep understanding of community-driven marketing and customer experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
