DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose:


Lead events to promote the Bank’s brand image. Also Manage and Implement CSR activities, that will enhances the Bank’s brands and have a positive impact on CBD staff and local community.


Principal Accountabilities


Work Management


Manage & execute External Events strategy and plan for the year in line with business objectives in order to support the achievement of the bank business target Support and align with UAE government initiatives


Manage CSR function bank wide, including communication and implementation of CSR objectives and Increase visibility via detailed communication plan deliver 9 events per year.


Lead CBD Volunteers club to participate in CBD events and UAE government initiatives.


Manage approved philanthropic initiatives and ensure publicity and Ensure 15% reduction in expenditure as per Sharia Board guidelines and approvals


Evaluation of all sponsorship requests from external organizations including charitable institutions.


Contact person for all Government Departments with regards to all Corporate Governance issues, i.e. Approvals, permissions, etc.


Contribute as a team member to the effective development and integration of all HR activities.


Ensure to comply with the audit requirements, internal and external reporting obligations, etc., in line with the policy guidelines, to ensure high standards of uniformity and consistency across the Bank.


Marketing


Execute and manage customer lifecycle marketing initiatives across acquisition, engagement, retention, and advocacy stages.


Deliver targeted, personalized campaigns using customer data and insights to improve engagement and retention metrics.


Own campaign performance tracking, with accountability for defined KPIs such as customer engagement rates, repeat usage, retention uplift, and campaign ROI.


Ensure timely delivery and consistent execution of campaigns across key customer touchpoints, in line with brand and compliance standards.


Produce regular performance reports and insights to demonstrate impact and optimize future campaigns.


REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience


Degree in related field in marketing/advertising/PR


3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, PR, CSR
