The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As we are growing in the region, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join Solventum in Dubai and help shape and drive the growth strategy for our Medical Surgical Division across the dynamic and diverse Middle East&Africa and Emerging markets in South East Europe.

This role demands a visionary marketer capable of aligning business goals with market potential to deliver exceptional brand impact, customer engagement, and business results. You will lead a cross-functional team to execute data-driven marketing strategies, elevate the division’s market presence, and build strong partnerships with healthcare stakeholders.
As a Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by working on:

Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyse, and refine campaigns using KPIs, ensuring a strong ROI and continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role within the healthcare or medical devices industry
• Demonstrated success in leading multi-regional marketing initiatives in the
  Middle East, Africa, East & Southeast Europe
• Proven track record in launching products, driving market adoption, and
  achieving business growth
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Expertise in digital marketing, customer engagement, and content-driven
  campaigns
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and team management capabilities
• Proficiency in data analytics and performance measurement tools
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.

Work location

Hybrid (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Dubai Office around two days per week)

Travel: May include up to 30% (national and international)
