Job Location: Delhi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to support the GM in planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives for exhibitions and events. This role involves leading multi-channel campaigns, managing brand consistency, overseeing on-site event execution, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the GM in developing and optimizing marketing strategies aligned with exhibition goals.
  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Support marketing budget development and ensure efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring a strong customer experience (CX).
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Oversee on-site event marketing operations and manage key stakeholders including VIPs, media, and vendors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Projects, and Operations teams.
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with internal marketing systems, processes, and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (MBA with a specialization in Marketing) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in exhibitions or events.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and AI applications for personalization and operational efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
