We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven F&B Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple well-known F&B brands in Doha Qatar. This role is responsible for driving brand visibility, revenue growth, and customer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives.The F&B Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Menu Development, Operations, and Finance to deliver impactful marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and promotional calendars aligned with seasonal trends and business goals.·
- Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure efficient allocation of marketing resources.Campaign Management·
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns for new menu launches, outlet openings, and special events.·
- Ensure timely execution and consistency across all marketing channels.Digital & Social Media·
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including content creation (photography, video, reels) and social media campaigns.·
- Manage online brand reputation across digital platforms and review channels.Brand Development·
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all customer touchpoints, including menus, signage, websites, email campaigns, and in-store materials.·
- Ensure brand standards are upheld across all outlets and communications.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, food critics, media, and local corporate partners to enhance brand exposure.·
- Coordinate PR initiatives and collaborations to expand market reach.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).·
- Use insights and data to optimize marketing performance and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Good knowledge of the Qatar Market.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a strong background in F&B marketing.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
