A growing fashion and lifestyle company is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead its brand presence across digital platforms. This role suits someone who understands fashion marketing, can manage day-to-day content execution, and can handle campaigns from planning to delivery with consistency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and paid advertising (Meta, Instagram, TikTok).
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, models, influencers, and PR partners.
- Oversee photoshoots, campaign preparation, product shoots, and brand rollouts.
- Support website updates, product uploads, and online promotions.
- Monitor campaign results, optimize performance, and report on key metrics.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone, style, and visual identity across all channels.
Requirements
- 4–6 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Experience managing social media ads and content creation tools.
- Proficiency in Canva; familiarity with AI tools for content is beneficial.
- Experience working with production teams (photographers, stylists, influencers).
- Knowledge of Shopify or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Bahrainis preferred.
