Position Overview

The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the company’s revenue growth through strategic sales planning, brand positioning, and effective marketing execution. This role combines leadership in business development with hands-on marketing management, ensuring that both short-term sales objectives and long-term brand goals are achieved.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with strong commercial acumen, creative vision, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. They will manage client relationships, oversee marketing campaigns, and work closely with senior management to align growth strategies with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with professionalism and attention to profitability.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Mentor and support junior sales staff to improve conversion rates and client management.
  • Marketing Management
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including digital campaigns, events, public relations, and advertising.
  • Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Develop annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with corporate goals.
  • Manage market research to assess customer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, content, and promotional tools.
  • Evaluate campaign performance using measurable KPIs (ROI, engagement, and conversion metrics).
  • Strategic Collaboration
  • Work with senior leadership to align sales and marketing strategies with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the finance and product development teams to refine pricing strategies and go-to-market plans.
  • Support new product launches and ensure cohesive brand rollouts across departments.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and business networking events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial position.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, market analytics, and brand strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing analytics software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
