Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing & Branding
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans to achieve admission and branding goals.
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns (online and offline).
- Oversee design and content for brochures, banners, social media, and advertisements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Liaise with creative agencies, designers, and vendors for marketing collaterals.
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow the school’s digital presence (website, social media, Google listings, etc.).
- Create engaging social media content — posts, reels, and event coverage.
- Track and analyze performance of digital campaigns (lead generation, engagement metrics).
3. Admissions Support
- Work closely with the Admissions team to generate quality leads and improve conversions.
- Plan outreach activities such as school tours, open houses, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with counsellors to align marketing communication with parent expectations.
4. Events & Public Relations
- Plan and execute school events like carnivals, fests, and community engagement drives.
- Manage public relations activities and media coverage for school achievements and events.
- Build partnerships with local communities, influencers, and education platforms.
5. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to understand trends and parent preferences.
- Gather feedback to improve marketing strategies and admission processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the education sector or service industry).
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Canva, etc.) preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
