We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our multinational team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG environments, with a proven track record in branding, digital marketing, and channel development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media, and online presence.
- Lead product launches, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to drive channel performance.
- Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Female candidate, maximum 40 years old.
- 8–12 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Experience working in multinational companies.
- Strong background in branding, digital marketing, and trade/channel marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
