Role Purpose
The Marketing Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of brand plans to drive market share, brand awareness, and revenue growth in the UAE and wider GCC markets. You will be responsible for translating consumer insights into winning 360-degree marketing campaigns, managing substantial budgets, and ensuring flawless execution across traditional and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement the annual marketing plan, defining the brand's positioning, pricing strategy, and communication pillars.
- Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and data to identify white-space opportunities within the Dubai and GCC retail landscape.
- NPD (New Product Development): Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new launches, coordinating with Supply Chain and Sales to ensure product availability and maximum visibility.
- Channel Marketing: Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to design high-impact POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and in-store activations for key accounts like Carrefour, Lulu, and Spinneys.
- Digital & Social Media: Oversee the digital ecosystem, including social media content strategy, influencer partnerships (localized for the region), and performance marketing (E-commerce/Quick-commerce).
- Agency Management: Lead and evaluate external creative, media-buying, and PR agencies to ensure ROI on all spend.
- Budget Management: Full P&L responsibility for the marketing budget, ensuring optimized spend and financial discipline.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3–4 years specifically within the FMCG sector (Food, Beverage, or Personal Care preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the GCC retail environment and cultural nuances of the diverse Dubai consumer base.
- Data Driven: Proven ability to turn data (Nielsen, Kantar, or internal sales data) into actionable marketing strategies.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Preferred Skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a significant advantage for localized content and stakeholder management.
NOTE: Candidates without UAE or FMCG experience will NOT be shortlisted.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
