About the Role

A dynamic agency is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead brand growth and execute marketing strategies across multiple markets. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on both strategy and delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute annual brand and marketing plans across key markets
  • Lead new product development from concept through to launch
  • Manage consumer and trade marketing activations, events, and exhibitions that drive ROI
  • Oversee agencies, budgets, and marketing performance reports
  • Partner closely with commercial and distributor teams to align marketing with business goals

What We Need

  • Solid marketing experience ideally within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing tools including SEO, social media, Google Ads, and email campaigns
  • Analytical and creative mindset comfortable with both data and strategy
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
