We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive business growth, strengthen customer engagement, and enhance brand positioning across the GCC region. This role will oversee a diverse portfolio of brands spanning multiple industries and customer segments. Drive the regional marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, sales targets, and the product portfolio.

Lead market analysis to identify growth opportunities, customer insights, and competitive positioning.

Partner with Sales and Product teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies for key segments and innovations.

Strengthen brand awareness through integrated campaigns and high-quality marketing materials aligned with global guidelines.

Oversee all digital marketing initiatives and retail marketing activities across the GCC region, including rebranding and in-store revamps.

Manage events, distributor training programs, marketing budgets, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless execution.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B/B2C environments with multi-brand exposure

Proven track record in brand management, retail marketing, and digital strategy

Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills

Experience working in a matrix organization and leading cross-functional initiatives and teams

Regional experience in GCC markets required
