Marketing Manager - Growth Hacker

�� What You’ll Own

• Lead and scale multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
• Manage high-performing Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns with strong ROAS
• Build and execute aggressive growth marketing strategies
• Drive customer acquisition, lead generation & conversion optimization
• Manage and grow social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, & more)
• Develop SEO strategies (on-page, off-page & technical basics)
• Create data-driven marketing funnels and automation workflows
• Lead creative teams including content writers & graphic designers
• Analyze campaign performance, CAC, ROAS, CTR & conversion metrics
• Build scalable systems for long-term brand growth
• Stay ahead of trends, AI tools, paid media innovations & growth hacks

�� Who You Are

• 4–6+ years of proven digital marketing experience
• Strong track record managing significant ad budgets successfully
• Growth-minded and highly analytical
• Expert in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Deep understanding of performance marketing & scaling campaigns
• Experienced in SEO and organic growth strategies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable making fast decisions using data
• Experience with international markets (USA, UK, Canada, Australia) is a strong plus
• Someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and delivers results
