Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and scale the marketing function across our portfolio of international food and noon food brands. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving brands growth, managing teams, and ensuring strong execution across all marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Strategic Leadership: Lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for multiple food and noon food brands.Manage, mentor, and guide the marketing team including Creative, Designers, brandConduct regular performance review meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on business goals and execution priorities.Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- 2. Business Growth & Brand Performance: Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across all brands.Identify market opportunities and strengthen brand positioning in competitive environments.Monitor consumer trends, competitor activity, and market insights to support strategic decisions.Build strong brand equity and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
- 3. Marketing Execution (4Ps Management): Oversee the full marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to generate consumer demand and brand pull.Ensure all marketing campaigns are aligned with business strategy and deliver measurable impact.Manage budgets effectively and ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time and within cost.
- 4. Agency & Social Media Management: Lead and manage external agencies responsible for creative and social and digital media marketing activities.Provide clear briefs, approve content calendars, and guide campaign direction to ensure brand consistency.Supervise execution of social media campaigns through agency partners and inhouse team.Evaluate agency performance and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs.Maintain strong coordination between internal teams and external partners for smooth execution.
- 5. Innovation & AI Integration: Stay updated with modern marketing trends, tools, and technologies.Actively leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content development, insights generation, and workflow automation.Encourage data-driven decision-making and modern marketing practices across the team.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong leadership experience managing marketing teams and multi-brand portfolios.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing trends and AI-enabled tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
