Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in diagnostics, healthcare sales, or health & motor insurance sales. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing sales team, drive business growth, and build strong partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of sales professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with labs, doctors, clinics, and healthcare centers.
• Drive business development and expand channel partnerships.
• Generate leads, conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Track sales performance and share insights with leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
• Preferred: Experience in health and motor insurance sales, with strong knowledge of customer needs, policy structures, and partnership development

Qualifications & Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in diagnostics, healthcare sales, or health & motor insurance sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
