Marketing Manager | Hilton Salwa

A Marketing Manager will be responsible in assisting the Director of Marketing with Marketing/PR Planning & Execution strategies for the hotel and products.

What will I be doing?

Oversees all Marketing Planning & Execution strategies for the hotel. Responsible for the development, management, and execution of all marketing and branding strategies, including marketing budgets, social media, websites, digital and print advertising, collateral, and photo/video asset creation.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Develops and implement marketing plans that align with business goals, hotel positioning, and commercial strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, print partnerships, and events to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure all communications are consistent with Hilton standards and brand voice.
  • Collaborate with Waterpark, Sales, Revenue, F&D, Spa, and other operational teams to deliver integrated campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Build strong relationships with media, agencies, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand presence.
  • Drive innovative marketing initiatives that differentiate the resort and create memorable guest experiences.
  • Monitor, measure, and report campaign result using key performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in hospitality marketing minimal 4 years, preferably within restaurants, luxury resorts, or similar high-end products.
  • 1 or 2 years in similar managerial role.
  • Provent leadership skills with experience in managing, developing, and motivating a team.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and integrated communications.
  • Strong analytical skills and date driven decision-making ability.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to navigating complex operational environments.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and resourceful approach.

  • Professional certification in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or Brand Management are plus.
  • Experience in the Middle East market and Arabic language proficiency is an advantage but not a must.
