Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and performance of marketing initiatives across our hospitality portfolio. This role is responsible for strengthening brand positioning, increasing guest engagement, and driving revenue growth through integrated digital and offline marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue targets.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and positioning opportunities within the hospitality and tourism sector.
- Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, promotions, events, and partnerships.
2. Digital Marketing & Performance
- Oversee social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website performance.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize based on ROI, occupancy rates, and conversion metrics.
- Ensure strong online reputation management, including reviews and guest feedback.
3. Brand Management & Creative Direction
- Maintain brand consistency across all properties, outlets, and communication channels.
- Supervise content creation, photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Lead storytelling initiatives that enhance guest experience and brand perception.
4. Budgeting & Reporting
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Track KPIs such as revenue contribution, campaign ROI, engagement, and direct bookings.
- Produce monthly performance reports with insights and improvement actions.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with sales, reservations, operations, and F&B teams to align marketing with business needs.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, media partners, and tourism boards.
- Support new launches, events, and promotional activations.
6. Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Monitor competitor activities, hospitality trends, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Introduce innovative campaigns, loyalty initiatives, and guest engagement strategies.
- Enhance customer journey and direct booking channels.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role within hospitality, hotels, F&B, or tourism.
