R3 Heating & Air is the rapidly growing HVAC division of R3 Roofing & Exteriors, a family-owned company built on the values of Loyalty, Accountability, and Community. With a strong reputation across roofing, exteriors, solar, and mechanical systems, we are expanding quickly throughout Iowa.

As our HVAC division continues to scale, we are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to help generate consistent demand and support the continued growth of our business.

Position Summary

We are hiring a Marketing Manager with one primary objective:

Generate consistent, high-quality leads that convert into revenue.

This role is responsible for managing and optimizing marketing campaigns that produce qualified HVAC leads across our markets. The ideal candidate is data-driven, performance-focused, and understands how to turn marketing strategies into measurable results.

This is a performance-based marketing role focused on generating real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation Strategy

Develop and execute marketing strategies designed to consistently generate high-quality HVAC leads across the Quad Cities and Des Moines markets.

Digital Advertising Management

Build, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across platforms including:

  • Google Ads
  • Google Local Services Ads
  • Yelp
  • Angi
  • Chirp
  • Broccoli
  • Social media advertising

Campaign Performance & Optimization

Track and improve marketing performance daily, including:

  • Cost per lead (CPL)
  • Conversion rates
  • Return on investment (ROI)

Vendor & Agency Management

Manage marketing vendors and agencies to ensure campaigns are performing and delivering measurable results.

Online Reputation Management

Support efforts to increase and maintain strong online reviews and customer ratings, particularly on Google.

Community & Brand Presence

Coordinate marketing initiatives, local partnerships, and community engagement efforts to support brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Consistent generation of qualified HVAC leads
  • Strong campaign ROI and conversion rates
  • Improved cost per lead (CPL)
  • Growth in online reviews and customer engagement

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms and marketing analytics
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance
  • Experience managing vendors or marketing agencies
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset

Experience in HVAC, home services, or local service marketing is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay will be commensurate with experience.
