Marketing Manager - Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) - Consumer

We are seeking a Marketing Manager - Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) to own and lead the full-funnel IMC strategy and execution for SharkNinja across the GCC, with a strong focus on social, influencer and content-led activation.

This role is accountable for planning, delivering and optimising integrated campaigns across all channels, ensuring global brand direction is activated locally with pace, consistency and commercial impact. Social and influencer sit at the core of the IMC approach, supporting retail, ecommerce and marketplace performance across the consumer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the local IMC strategy and execution across retail, digital, CRM, social, influencer, PR, media, ecommerce and marketplace
  • Define the role and sequencing of channels across awareness, consideration and conversion
  • Plan and deliver 360 campaigns across product and category launches, seasonal moments and brand initiatives
  • Align internal teams and agencies through clear briefs, timelines and ownership
Social, Influencer & Content
  • Lead social and influencer as a core IMC pillar
  • Define paid, owned and earned social within the full-funnel plan
  • Partner with social, influencer and content teams and agencies to drive culturally relevant, always-on storytelling
  • Set clear frameworks for creators, content formats, usage and amplification
Brand & Local Activation
  • Execute global brand frameworks with strong local relevance
  • Develop local briefs, messaging and content plans with clear social cut-through
  • Protect brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints
Category & Retail Marketing
  • Translate category strategies and trading priorities into actionable marketing plans
  • Ensure social and influencer activity directly supports retail, ecommerce and marketplace outcomes
  • Support new product introductions with integrated, social-led launch planning
Cross-Functional & Agency Leadership
  • Lead day-to-day IMC delivery across brand, media, digital, social, influencer, PR, ecommerce, marketplace and retail teams
  • Manage agency partners, budgets, deliverables and asset trafficking
  • Ensure campaigns deliver on time, on brief and on budget
Performance & Stakeholder Leadership
  • Track social, influencer, media and retail KPIs and link activity to commercial outcomes
  • Lead post-campaign reviews and apply learnings
  • Influence multiple stakeholders and drive clarity across complex workstreams
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • 8+ years' experience in marketing within consumer, retail or category-led environments
  • Proven leadership of Integrated Marketing Communications with strong social and influencer expertise
  • Solid understanding of retail marketing, category management and product launches
  • Strong understanding of the UAE and KSA social and influencer landscape
  • Confident stakeholder leadership and delivery focus
  • Commercially minded, data-literate and highly organised
  • Able to balance global brand direction with local execution
Language & Market
  • Arabic is a plus
  • UAE and KSA experience preferred
