Role Summary:
Lead and execute marketing strategies to enhance market presence in the explosives and industrial products sector across Pakistan. Drive business development, strengthen client relations, and ensure sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities in mining, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Support tendering, proposals, and pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
  • Manage branding, marketing materials, and participation in industry events.
  • Collaborate on new product launches and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.E. in Mining Engineering with MBA/Master’s in Marketing or Business.
  • 8–10 years’ experience in industrial/B2B marketing (preferably mining or manufacturing).
  • Strong knowledge of tendering, sales cycles, and ERP (Odoo preferred).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Strategic mindset, negotiation skills, leadership, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Note: Frequent nationwide travel required.
