We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager specializing in Lead Generation to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that drive high-quality buyer and seller leads within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing expertise, data-driven decision-making skills, and a proven track record in generating and converting real estate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Create and manage landing pages, lead funnels, and automation workflows to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and generate detailed performance reports.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and proper follow-up processes.
- Manage CRM systems to track leads, pipeline stages, and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify new digital marketing channels and partnership opportunities to expand lead sources.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies when required.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and property listings.
