Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our institutional and liturgical automation marketing efforts. The role involves managing a team of marketing executives, developing dealer/distributor networks, engaging directly with churches and institutions, and executing field marketing initiatives.

This is a leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives, assign tasks, track performance, and support their growth.
  • Promote Madonna Pulsator’s automation products for churches and institutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong dealer and distributor networks across India and abroad.
  • Plan and execute participation in church gatherings, diocesan meetings, religious exhibitions, and institutional events.
  • Conduct product demonstrations (automatic bell, chant automation, incense ignition, altar curtain, etc.) for priests, administrators, and institutional heads.
  • Support sales team in preparing quotations, tenders, brochures, and product presentations.
  • Create and oversee offline marketing materials: brochures, demo kits, and training guides.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback for product improvements.
  • Drive institutional outreach programs targeting dioceses, schools, seminaries, and other institutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B / institutional / product marketing.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of team management experience (leading marketing executives or sales staff).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional Indian languages a plus).
  • Experience working with religious institutions, educational institutions, or niche automation products is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (technical background is an added advantage).
