We are expanding our presence in the UAE market and are looking for a Marketing Manager who understands the local market dynamics and can develop strategic marketing plans to help us grow and succeed in this competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies and plans tailored to the UAE market.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer behaviors, industry trends, and competitor activities in the UAE.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, implementation, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms (social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, events, etc.).
  • Brand Positioning: Work on strengthening the company’s brand presence and positioning in the UAE, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Budget & ROI Management: Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, product, and PR teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Local Insights: Leverage your deep understanding of the UAE market to tailor campaigns to local consumer behavior and preferences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with a focus on the UAE market (knowledge of local culture, preferences, and trends is essential).
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans that drive measurable results.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise in SEO, SEM, social media management, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus, but not mandatory (ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic is an advantage).
  • Experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Must have experience in furniture industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
