Job Summary

A leading medical device manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, product marketing, and market development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals, with a strong understanding of B2B and institutional marketing within regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for medical devices and healthcare products.
  • Manage product launches, branding campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage digital marketing, events, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor ROI on marketing activities and prepare monthly performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, DRAP regulations, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
