Marketing Manager - Mental Healthcare Services

We need to place a competent candidate for the position of MARKETING MANAGER for one of our clients who is a leading mental health care service provider in the UAE.

The Marketing Manager will lead the full spectrum of marketing and communications activities for the Mental Healthcare Group, including mental health-aligned services and the launch of the new mental health hospital in Abu Dhabi.

The role will build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that strengthens brand visibility, drives patient and referral engagement, and positions the Group as a leading provider of evidence-based mental health services in the region. The Marketing Manager will work closely with clinical leadership, operations teams, and external partners to ensure all messaging is ethical, compliant, and aligned with best practices in mental health communications. This includes developing go-to-market plans for the new hospital, managing digital and offline campaign execution, shaping public awareness initiatives, and overseeing content tailored for patients, families, clinicians, and community stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
