Marketing Manager – Microsoft Practice
Location: Pakistan
Position Overview
looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the Microsoft ecosystem to lead
marketing initiatives for our Microsoft Practice. This role requires hands-on experience in marketing Microsoft
solutions and working within the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN), including co-sell, marketplace, and
partner-led growth strategies.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in driving pipeline for Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365,
and Power Platform solutions, and experience executing Microsoft-aligned go-to-market campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Microsoft Practice Marketing Strategy
· Develop and execute GTM strategies specifically for:
· Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Data, AI workloads)
· Microsoft 365 (Modern Workplace, Security & Compliance)
· Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP solutions)
· Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Align marketing plans with Microsoft solution plays such as:
· Cloud Migration & Modernization
· Data & AI
· Digital & App Innovation
· Business Applications
2. Microsoft Partner & Co-Sell Alignment
· Work within the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) framework including:
· Solutions Partner Designations
· Co-sell readiness and marketplace listings
· Execute co-marketing campaigns leveraging:
· Microsoft MDF/Co-op funding programs
· Partner Center campaigns and assets
· Collaborate with Microsoft Partner Development Managers (PDMs) and Account Executives
3. Demand Generation for Microsoft Solutions
· Drive qualified pipeline for Microsoft offerings through:
· LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and account-based marketing (ABM)
· Webinars aligned with Microsoft solution areas
· Industry-specific campaigns (e.g., healthcare, retail, finance)
4. Microsoft Marketplace & Digital Presence
· Manage and optimize Microsoft AppSource and Azure Marketplace listings
· Ensure offerings are marketplace-ready with strong positioning and messaging
· Support lead generation via marketplace programs
5. Content & Solution Marketing
· Develop Microsoft-centric content such as:
· Azure migration case studies
· Dynamics 365 implementation success stories
· Power BI dashboards and insights use cases
· Ensure messaging aligns with Microsoft value propositions and solution plays
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
· Track KPIs aligned with Microsoft marketing and co-sell metrics:
· Partner-attributed revenue
· Influenced pipeline
· Marketplace leads
· Use tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI, and marketing automation platforms
Required Experience (Must-Have)
· 5–8+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, with at least 3+ years focused on Microsoft
solutions
· Hands-on experience marketing one or more of the following:
· Azure (cloud migration, DevOps, data platforms)
· Microsoft 365 (modern workplace, security)
· Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP)
· Power Platform (low-code/no-code solutions)
· Proven experience working within:
· Microsoft Partner Network (MPN)
· Co-sell programs and Microsoft GTM initiatives
· Experience running Microsoft-funded campaigns (MDF/Co-op)
· Experience managing AppSource / Azure Marketplace listings
Preferred Qualifications
· Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure Solutions, Dynamics 365 certifications)
· Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for enterprise clients
· Prior experience working in a Microsoft Gold / Solutions Partner organization
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
