Marketing Manager - Nars

Job Purpose
In line with the general objectives of the Company, strategic positioning, and operational plans, propose, develop and ensure the implementation of the brand's vision and strategic plans to achieve set objectives. Develop and ensure the implementation of marketing plans in line with Global / EMEA brand guidelines. Act as brand guardian and direct link between local market and EMEA brand teams, driving local relevancy projects to adapt the brand's product offering and communication to the needs of the region.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead NARS Brand Marketing Management with Product, Trade, Consumer Marketing, and Artistry functions, collaborating closely with VM, PR, Digital and Education teams. Act as key point of contact for EMEA and Global brand teams.
- Contribute to defining the regional brand strategy and lead its execution in line with global guidelines and local relevancy needs.
- Drive execution of the Middle East Marketing calendar, focusing on 360 launch plans and 'Always On' visibility of pillars, orchestrating close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage A&P Budget, ensuring spends align with brand strategy and allocated budget with focus on ROI and brand equity.
- Devise and execute channel strategy, focusing on key retailers and FSS/DTC development.
- Develop category strategy, protecting complexion leadership and building other axes.
- Manage and develop 3 team members.
By Function
- Marketing - Define and implement strategic priorities and Marketing Plans for NARS Middle East, ensuring alignment with Global brand DNA.
- Product, Trade & Consumer Marketing - Oversee and develop respective team members, ensuring activities align with brand strategy.
- Artistry - Manage Regional Lead Makeup Artist, handle induction, certifications, skills development, workshops, and content creation.
- Digital - Paid Media: devise media strategy, briefs agencies, monitors performance, and optimizes plans; DTC/E retail: accelerate sell out and market share gains.
- CRM - Develop strategy and plans in collaboration with retail partners.
- Budget, Forecast, Pricing Management and Analysis - Manage brand A&P budget, track spend, oversee novelty forecasts, manage assortment, and analyze performance.
- Reporting and Analysis - Create monthly reports on brand retail performance, analyze market trends, and produce launch deck proposals and post campaign reports for EMEA.
Profile
- 7 8 years of relevant experience within the beauty industry.
- Knowledge of the Middle East market and consumer highly desirable.
- Prior experience managing at least 2 direct reports.
- Successful track record managing 360 marketing plan execution.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership, ownership and 'can do' attitude.
- Experience in managing A&P budgets independently.
- Adaptability, fostering culture of excellence, and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Dynamic, positive thinking, solid analytical skills.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
