- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Non-Pharma packaging machines such as Liquid Filling Machines, Capping Machines, Labelling Machines, Sticker Labellers, Carton Coders, Conveyors, Turntables, etc.
- Identify new markets, industries, and customer segments (FMCG, food, cosmetics, chemicals, beverages, etc.).
- Handle inquiries, lead generation, product presentations, and customer meetings.
- Work closely with design, production, and service teams to deliver accurate techno-commercial proposals.
- Plan exhibitions, trade fairs, social media campaigns, and digital marketing activities.
- Build and manage dealer/distributor networks in domestic & international markets.
- Maintain competitor analysis and MIS reports.
- Achieve sales revenue and marketing targets of the non-pharma segment.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of packaging machinery applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, branding, and customer handling.
- Ability to manage teams and work with cross-functional departments.
Qualification & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent.
- 4–7 years of experience in industrial machinery marketing (preferably packaging machinery).
