About the Role

Our client is a mission-driven organization making a global impact through both nonprofit initiatives and innovative technology solutions. They are seeking an inspiring Marketing Manager to lead the charge in amplifying their brand, engaging donors, and expanding the reach of their groundbreaking technology platform.

In this role, you’ll wear both the strategist’s hat and the doer’s hat balancing big-picture vision with hands-on execution. You’ll develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, brand positioning, digital presence, public relations, and product marketing driving growth, awareness, and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Leadership

  • Champion brand development and ensure consistency across all messaging, design, and communications.


  • Serve on the Executive Team, contributing to cross-functional strategy and organizational leadership.


  • Evolve brand architecture to align with long-term growth goals.


Marketing & Communications

  • Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to shape marketing strategies for programs, products, and fundraising.


  • Drive compelling donor-focused campaigns, annual initiatives, and internal communications.


  • Manage and guide content consultants in crafting impactful email, SMS, and social media campaigns.


  • Lead U.S.-based PR strategy, including media outreach, press releases, and securing high-visibility opportunities for leadership.


Digital & Social Media

  • Oversee a multi-platform social media strategy to drive growth and engagement in the U.S. and internationally.


  • Manage digital advertising, retargeting, and email marketing campaigns to acquire and retain supporters.


  • Track and optimize social media growth with measurable results.


Product Marketing (Technology Platform)

  • Build and scale product marketing for the organization’s tech platform.


  • Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies based on customer insights.


  • Partner with Sales and Program teams to strengthen partner outreach and communications.


Measurement & Reporting

  • Establish and monitor KPIs, reporting regularly to the Leadership Team and Board.


  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Salesforce, Campaign Monitor) to measure success and inform strategy.


Technology & Tools

  • Support website and digital platform functionality using WordPress, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Sprout Social, Canva, and more.


  • Stay ahead of marketing and product marketing trends to keep strategies fresh and effective.


Team & Budget Management

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire consultants, staff, and interns.


  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision.


Experience and Skills:

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or related roles (nonprofit and/or product marketing experience a plus).


  • Bachelor’s degree required.


  • Proven success in brand building, campaign execution, and content creation.


  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


  • Strong knowledge of CRMs, analytics, SEO, and digital marketing tools (Salesforce/Pardot preferred).


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Familiarity with donor engagement strategy and social impact storytelling.


  • Experience scaling brand presence for a tech product is a plus.
