Key Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development – Direct

  • Support organizing National and Regional Conferences and CMEs.
  • Develop and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for guest lectures across India.
  • Help sales teams identify opportunities to sponsor small and periodic oncology events.
  • Organize and host monthly webinars on oncology-related topics.
  • Ensure effective implementation of promotional materials (brochures, roll-up standees, and banners) by the sales team.
  • Monitor post-event follow-up and evaluate Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Conduct weekly online product update sessions for the sales team.
  • Ensure effective and accurate scientific communication by the sales team.

Business Development – Indirect

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social and professional platforms.
  • Align campaigns with business goals, brand positioning, and target audience.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Organize patient awareness campaigns in collaboration with hospitals and NGOs.
  • Plan and execute periodical email campaigns for general and post-event participants.

Sales Support

  • Organize and maintain monthly sales forecast entries.
  • Track weekly order plans and sales inquiries.
  • Prepare and analyze periodical sales reports.
  • Support the creation of sales presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Maintain sales data in Excel formats for easy access and quick interpretation.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s Degree, preferably with a Science or Data Management background.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Marketing within the Healthcare or Diagnostics industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in fieldwork with the sales team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Healthcare or Diagnostics industry.: 3 years (Preferred)
  • oncology marketing : 3 years (Preferred)
  • Precision Medicine: 2 years (Preferred)
