Key Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development – Direct
- Support organizing National and Regional Conferences and CMEs.
- Develop and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for guest lectures across India.
- Help sales teams identify opportunities to sponsor small and periodic oncology events.
- Organize and host monthly webinars on oncology-related topics.
- Ensure effective implementation of promotional materials (brochures, roll-up standees, and banners) by the sales team.
- Monitor post-event follow-up and evaluate Return on Investment (ROI).
- Conduct weekly online product update sessions for the sales team.
- Ensure effective and accurate scientific communication by the sales team.
Business Development – Indirect
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social and professional platforms.
- Align campaigns with business goals, brand positioning, and target audience.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Organize patient awareness campaigns in collaboration with hospitals and NGOs.
- Plan and execute periodical email campaigns for general and post-event participants.
Sales Support
- Organize and maintain monthly sales forecast entries.
- Track weekly order plans and sales inquiries.
- Prepare and analyze periodical sales reports.
- Support the creation of sales presentations in PowerPoint.
- Maintain sales data in Excel formats for easy access and quick interpretation.
Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree, preferably with a Science or Data Management background.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Marketing within the Healthcare or Diagnostics industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel and participate in fieldwork with the sales team.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Healthcare or Diagnostics industry.: 3 years (Preferred)
- oncology marketing : 3 years (Preferred)
- Precision Medicine: 2 years (Preferred)
