Marketing Manager, Practice Growth

Remote (should live in Chicago, DFW, Houston or Tampa) with periodic travel to Plano and assigned practices | Practice Portfolio Aligned (6–8 Practices)

About Beacon Behavioral Partners

Beacon Behavioral Partners is a growing network of physician-driven psychiatric practices with over 25 years of management experience within the behavioral health industry. Our mission is to support independent practices with the infrastructure, strategy, and resources needed to grow sustainably while preserving clinical autonomy. Beacon’s marketing strategy focuses on strengthening local reputation, improving patient access, and driving responsible growth through data-driven decision-making.

The Role

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to serve as the primary marketing partner for a portfolio of 6–8 Beacon-affiliated psychiatric practices. This highly visible, practice-facing is responsible for marketing strategy, executing growth initiatives, and ensuring marketing efforts align with each practice’s business needs and capacity.

The Marketing Manager works directly with practice leadership, admissions teams, and agency partners to implement marketing programs that drive new patient acquisition, strengthen referral relationships, and build local market credibility.

This role is strategic and operational. The Marketing Manager does not execute technical marketing work such as SEO or paid media management directly, but leads agency partners and ensures consistent execution across digital marketing, reputation management, referral outreach support, and local brand visibility.

This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse practice portfolio, balancing high-growth needs, stable practices, and newly integrated practices.
