Marketing Manager- Real Estate

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and promote our portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing, brand development, and project management with the ability to execute innovative strategies that boost visibility and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance company branding
Manage and update website, including SEO optimization
Create and execute targeted campaigns to generate high-quality leads
Manage social media platforms and content strategy
Initiate creative marketing ideas to strengthen company presence
Plan and implement events to boost visibility

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry (Dubai market experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
