The Marketing Head will lead all marketing, branding, and demand-generation activities for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role requires strong industry understanding, digital expertise, strategic planning ability, and leadership skills to drive project sales through effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing real estate projects.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing insights to support product positioning.
  • Plan project launches, pre-launch campaigns, customer acquisition funnels, and branding initiatives.

2. Digital Marketing Leadership

  • Lead performance marketing across Google, Meta, portals (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing, etc.).
  • Drive lead generation, CPL optimisation, and digital spend ROI.
  • Ensure strong online presence through SEO, website updates, social media, and remarketing.

3. Branding & Communication

  • Create brand guidelines, project brochures, videos, creatives, walkthroughs, and 3D renders.
  • Oversee content creation for ads, social media, project descriptions, and campaign assets.
  • Manage PR, influencers, events, exhibitions, and offline brand activities.

4. Sales Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality, target audience, and sales feedback.
  • Align marketing funnels with sales goals to maximize site visits and bookings.
  • Ensure daily lead tracking, coordination with CRM, and improvement of lead-to-site-visit ratios.

5. Budgeting & Vendor Management

  • Plan and manage marketing budgets for each project.
  • Coordinate with digital agencies, creative agencies, printing vendors, and event partners.
  • Negotiate rates, timelines, and deliverables to ensure cost efficiencies.

6. Team Leadership

  • Lead, guide, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to campaign timelines.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong understanding of real estate marketing (residential & commercial).
  • Expertise in digital marketing, performance ads, CRM funnels, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines, multi-project marketing, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Leadership qualities with team handling experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
