Sourcing Manager (Real Estate- Goregaon)

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Sourcing Manager – Real Estate to lead sourcing and procurement efforts for real estate assets and services. This role is key to supporting our expansion, optimizing costs, and managing vendor and landlord relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing for leases, acquisitions, and real estate services.
• Negotiate commercial lease terms, service contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Conduct market research, site evaluations, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Manage RFPs, due diligence, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and external brokers.
• Drive cost savings, contract performance, and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Real Estate, Business, or related field); MBA or certifications a plus.
• 1+ years in real estate sourcing, procurement, or lease negotiation.
• Strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in real estate financials and contract terms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
