We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager with at least 6 years of experience to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives. The role involves driving brand visibility, lead generation, and campaign performance across multiple channels. Experience in the real estate sector will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives
- Plan and manage integrated campaigns across digital, offline, social media, events, and PR
- Drive lead generation campaigns for projects, launches, and ongoing sales initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing materials
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights, particularly within the real estate landscape
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, email campaigns, and CRM coordination
- Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare performance and ROI reports
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, creative teams, media agencies, and external vendors
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and agency relationships
- Lead, mentor, and manage junior marketing team members
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on marketing experience, including campaign planning and execution
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and performance tracking
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, property development, or related industries
- Familiarity with real estate portals, lead funnels, project launches, and broker marketing
- MBA or professional marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, CIM, etc.)
