Job Title: Civil Engineer &ndash; Facility ManagementLocation: Dubai, UAEExperience Required: Minimum 4 Years (Facility Management Experience in Dubai/UAE Mandatory)Job SummaryWe are looking for a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of UAE Facility Management experience in luxury apartments to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties. The successful candidate will ensure civil assets are maintained efficiently while complying with UAE regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to civil assets and infrastructure.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance requirements.</li><li>Supervise civil maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers.</li><li>Plan and execute renovation, refurbishment, and fit-out projects.</li><li>Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).</li><li>Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and annual maintenance plans.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE standards, and client requirements.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation.</li><li>Review and approve civil maintenance work orders.</li><li>Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth facility operations.</li><li>Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize operational costs.</li><li>Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requirements.</li><li>Manage defect liability inspections and handover activities.</li><li>Ensure facilities remain operational with minimal downtime while maintaining service quality.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of Facility Management experience in Dubai/UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of building maintenance, civil repairs, and UAE building regulations.</li><li>Experience with CAFM or other facility management software is an added advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and maintenance management software.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Facility Management</li><li>Preventive &amp; Corrective Maintenance</li><li>Building Maintenance</li><li>Asset Management</li><li>Vendor &amp; Contractor Management</li><li>SLA &amp; KPI Management</li><li>Budget &amp; Cost Control</li><li>Quality Assurance</li><li>Technical Inspections</li><li>Report Preparation</li><li>Team Leadership</li><li>Client Relationship Management</li><li>CAFM Systems</li></ul>Work Location: In person
