Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer with strong experience in architectural visualization and 3D rendering to create high-quality visual presentations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to transform architectural concepts into realistic visual representations that support design presentations, marketing, and project communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, architectural visualizations, and realistic renders for projects.
• Develop interior and exterior visualizations based on architectural drawings and design concepts.
• Interpret CAD drawings, architectural plans, and design briefs to produce accurate 3D representations.
• Prepare realistic materials, textures, lighting, and environments for final renders.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to develop visualization concepts.
• Create walkthroughs, animations, and presentation materials when required.
• Revise designs based on client, consultant, and internal team feedback.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency across all visual outputs.
• Support marketing and presentation teams with high-quality project visuals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Design, 3D Visualization, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a 3D Visualizer, preferably in the UAE construction, real estate, or architectural industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural visualization projects.
• Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization techniques.
• Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural details, materials, lighting, and composition.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
